These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlphaBrier mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by MABAC Media ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Basic access to the Service is available at no cost with limited daily usage.
Pro and Premium Tiers: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate market analyses, probability assessments, and trading signals. This content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated analyses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
Past performance of predictions does not guarantee future results
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner

6. Prediction Markets Disclaimer

AlphaBrier aggregates data from third-party prediction market platforms. We do not operate an exchange and do not facilitate trading. When you navigate to a third-party platform, you are subject to that platform's terms and conditions. Prediction market trading involves risk of loss and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and AB Score methodology, is owned by MABAC Media and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHABRIER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
